RESOLUTION NO. 05-231
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the budget for the S1. Lucie County Board of County
Commissioners, certain funds not included at the time of adoption are available from Visit Florida and the
Florida Commission on Tourism in the form of a grant in the amount of $50,000.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the S1. Lucie County Board of County
Commissioners to adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of S1. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 7th day of June, 2005, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes,
such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2004-2005, and the budget for the S1. Lucie County
Board of County Commissioners is hereby amended as follows:
