RESOLUTION NO. 05-284
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, has made the
following determinations:
1. This Board has previously adopted the Indrio North Savannas Management Plan (the
"Project").
2. The County's Environmental Resources Division has been authorized to maintain and manage
the Project.
3. It is necessary and appropriate to authorize the Environmental Resources Specialist or
his designee to explain the plans for the Project and to testify about controlling standard design criteria
that conflict with the Project plans.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners, St. Luci e County,
Florida:
1. The Environmental Resources Specialist or his designee is authorized to bind the County,
and is further authorized to explain the plans for the Project and to testify about controlling standard
design criteria that conflict with the plans for the Project.
2. This Resolution shall take effect upon adoption.
