RESOLUTION NO. 05-298
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget for
St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available in
the form of bond proceeds from the Sales Tax Refunding and Improvement Revenue Bonds Series par
amount of Bonds $11,930,000 and Reoffering Premium (Net) $652,124.55 totaling $12,582,124.55.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida,
in meeting assembled this 26th day of July, 2005, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, that such
funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2004-2005, and the County's budget is hereby amended as
follows:
