RESOLUTION NO. 05-278
WHEREAS, the S1. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners has made the following determination:
1. On December ih, 2004 the S1. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution
Number 04-381 to accept funds in the amount of $154,420 from Florida Department of Transportation
in order to establish a budget under fund number 001171 and revenue number 331421.
2. Due to a scrivener error in the assigned fund number and revenue number, it is necessary to amend
Resolution Number 04-381,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of S1. Lucie County, Florida,
in meeting assembled this 12th day of July, 2005:
1. Resolution Number 04-381 is hereby amended as follows:
