On September 18,2001, the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners granted, through Resolution 01-134, a Major Site Plan to allow for a 134,855 square foot retail project in the CG (Commercial, General) Zoning District for property located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Prima Vista Boulevard and South U.S. Highway NO.1 and more particularly described in Part C below. 2. The developer of Prima Vista Crossings Shopping Center, Crescent Resources, LLC, has requested that the Major Site Plan granted through Resolution 01-134, be revised to remove the reserve parking area from the project in order to accommodate a branch of Harbor Federal Savings Bank. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida: A. Pursuant to Section 11.02.05(F) of the St. Lucie County Land Development Code, the Major Site Plan approved through Resolution 98-088, is hereby revised to remove the reserve parking area from the project in order to accommodate a branch of Harbor Federal Savings Bank. B. All terms and conditions of Resolution 01-134 shall remain in full force and effect. C. The property on which this Site Plan Major Adjustment is being granted is described as follows: THE NORTH 442.78 FEET OF THE SOUTH 2,38578 FEET OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 22, TOWNSHIP 36 SOUTH, RANGE 40 EAST, LYING EAST OF U.S HIGHWAY NO 1 THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PROPERTY IS THE SAME PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS PARCEL 1 IN A SURVEY BY A.G. WEATHERINGTON OF MAY 16, 1972. AS REVISED OCTOBER 24. 1972, AND IS THE SAME PROPERTY DEEDED TO THE ST. LUCIE COUNTY BANK, AS TRUSTEE, BY FORT PIERCE HEIGHTS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, WHICH DEED IS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 202, PAGES 2743-5 OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY PUBLIC RECORDS. The Certificate of Capacity granted by the Community Development Director on September 18, 2001, shall remain valid for the period of this Site Plan Adjustment approval. E. The St. Lucie County Community Development Director is hereby authorized and directed to cause the notation of this resolution to be made on the Official Zoning Map of St. Lucie County, Florida, and to make notation of reference to the date of adoption of this resolution.
