HomeMy WebLinkAbout05-333 CO'JU 11) ~ u + d ¡tle.s \ f fY1Tt> Flì) F'IIc, RESOLUTION NO. 05-333 WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available from the Port Richey Village Investments LLC in an estimated amount of $1,800,000 to be provided in the form of reimbursements for St. Lucie County utility funds spent in connection with the Standard Potable Water and Wastewater Development Agreement. Funding will be spent on an additional section of Utility's Master Plan water and wastewater transmission system and a regional water storage tank. WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this 6th day of September, 2005, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2004-2005, and the County's budget is hereby amended as follows: REVENUE 479-3600-366930-3913 US Department of Agriculture Total $1,800,000 $1,800,000 APPROPRIATIONS 479-3600-562005-3913 479-3600-562000-3913 Buildings - Consulting Engineer Buildings Total $ 194,270 $1.605.730 $1,800,000 After motion and second the vote on this resolution was as follows: Commissioner Frannie Hutchinson, Chairperson Commissioner Doug Coward, Vice Chairperson Commissioner Joseph E.
