RESOLUTION NO. 05-325
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget for
St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available
from the United States Department of Agriculture Natural Resources Conservation Service through the
Wetland Reserve Program in the amount of $178,121 to be used for restoration purposes on the Teague
property by the St. Lucie County Environmental Resources Division.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida,
in meeting assembled this 13th day of September, 2005, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, that
such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2004-2005, and the County's budget is hereby
amended as follows:
