RESOLUTION NO. 05-400
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget
for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become
available from BGA, Inc. in the amount of $25,000 in the form of a contribution for St. Lucie County to
make adjustments to the air conditioning controls at Rock Road Jail.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 18th day of October, 2005, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida
Statutes, that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2005-2006, and the County's budget
is hereby amended as follows:
