SINGLE-FAMILY DETACHED DWELLING UNIT IN THE AG-1
(AGRICULTURAL - 1 DU/ACRE) ZONING DISTRICT

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of S1. Lucie County, Florida, based on the
testimony and evidence, including but not limited to the staff report, has made the following
determinations:
1.
Kathv Sue and Susan J. Brumlev presented a petition to Define a 28 foot by 70 foot
Peach State Class "A" Mobile Home as a Detached Single-Family Dwelling Unit in the
AG-1 (Agricultural-1 du/acre) Zoning District for the property described below.
2.
On November 1 , 2005, this Board held a public hearing on the petition, after publishing
a notice of such hearing and notifying by mail all owners of property within 500 feet of
the subject property.
3.
The Class "A" Mobile Home determination is consistent with all elements of the S1.
Lucie County Comprehensive Plan and has satisfied the standards of review set forth in
Section 11.05.02(0) of the S1. Lucie County Land Development Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of S1. Lucie
County, Florida:
A. The S1. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners has determined that the request of
Kathy Sue and Susan J. Brumley to Define a 28 foot by 70 foot Fleetwood Class "A" Mobile Home
as a Detached Single-Family Dwelling Unit to be located the following described property:
SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 34 SOUTH, RANGE 39 EAST. THE SOUTH Yz OF THE
SOUTH Yz OF THE SOUTHEAST 114, LESS ROAD AND CANAL RIGHTS-OF-WAY.
(TAX 10#: 1310-443-0021-000/9)
(Location:
5221 Emerson Avenue)
is consistent with the requirements of Section 11.05.02(0) of the S1. Lucie County Land
Development Code, and is hereby approved. The General Location Map and Area Subject to the
Class "A" Mobile Home Permit are attached as Exhibit "A".
