RESOLUTION NO. 05-410
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the budget for the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget
for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption have become available from the Florida
Department of Agriculture as a grant in the amount of $73,640.76, which is an increase of $17,026 than the previous
grant award.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioner to adopt a resolution to
appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting
assembled this 1 st day of November, 2005, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, such funds are hereby
appropriated for the fiscal year 2005-2006, and the County's budget is hereby amended as follows:
