RESOLUTION NO. 06-015
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget
for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become
available from the Florida Department of Transportation through a Joint Participation Agreement in the
amount of $6,474 as additional funding to Rehabilitate Runway Lighting for Runway 9/27 at the St. Lucie
County International Airport.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt
a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
County, Florida, in meeting assembled this 20th day of December 2005, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d),
Florida Statutes, such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2005-2006, and the County's
budget is hereby amended as follows:
