RESOLUTION NO. 05-008
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Mosquito Control District Board budget, certain funds
not anticipated at the time of the budget have become available from carry over funds for the Wildcat Cove Salt Marsh
Restoration Project Grant.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the St. Lucie County Mosquito Control District board to adopt
a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mosquito Control District Board of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting
assembled this 20th day of December 2005, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, such funds are hereby
appropriated for the fiscal year 2005-2006, and the District's budget is hereby amended as follows:
