RESOLUTION NO. 06-026
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget for
St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available
from the Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services in the amount of $175,000 for the Urban and
Community Forestry 2005 Emergency HUlTicane Supplemental (Replace A Tree) grant.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 17th day of January 2006, pursuant to Section 129 .06 (d), Florida Statutes,
such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2005-2006, and the County's budget is hereby amended
as follows:
