A RESOLUTION DEFINING A CLASS "A' MOBILE HOME AS A
SINGLE-FAMILY DETACHED DWELLING UNIT IN THE AG-5
(AGRICULTURAL - 1 DU/5 ACRES) ZONING DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, based on the
testimony and evidence, including but not limited to the staff report, has made the following
determinations:
1. Brian and Patricia Kent presented a petition to Define a 27 foot by 72 foot Dynasty
Home Class "A" Mobile Home as a Detached Single-Family Dwelling Unit in the AG-5
(Agricultural - 1 du/5 acres) Zoning District for the property described below.
2. On November 29,2005, this Board held a public hearing on the petition, after publishing
a notice of such hearing and notifying by mail all owners of property within 500 feet of
the subject property.
3. The Class "A" Mobile Home determination is consistent with all elements of the St.
Lucie County Comprehensive Plan and has satisfied the standards of review set forth in
Section 11.05.02(D) of the St. Lucie County Land Development Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
County, Florida:
A. The St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners has determined that the request of
Brian and Patricia Kent to Define a 27 foot by 72 foot Class "A" Mobile Home as a Detached Single-
Family Dwelling Unit to be located the following described property:

Management Director.
