RESOLUTION NO. 05-477
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County
Commissioners budget for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption
of the budget have become available from the Ft Pierce Community Redevelopment Agency
(CRA) in the form of a reimbursement in the amount of $31,268 to be used toward the St. Lucie
County Downtown Parking Garage.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners
to adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
County, Florida, in meeting assembled this 6 day of December, 2005, pursuant to Section
129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2005-
2006, and the County's budget is hereby amended as follows:
