Lucie County Growth Management Director has reviewed the application for site plan approval submitted by Pai-Lar LLC, reviewed the comments of the 5t. Lucie County Development Review Committee on this application, and made the following determinations: 1. A 19,964 square foot industrial building has been proposed for a project to be known as Pai-Lar LLC Warehouse, in the IL (Industrial, Light) Zoning District for the property described in Part A and generally located on Block A, Lots 16 and 17, Block 4, Airport Industrial Park (Ft. Pierce). 2. The Development Review Committee has reviewed the site plan for the proposed project and found it to meet technical requirements of the Land Development Code and to be consistent with the 5t. Lucie County Comprehensive Plan. 3. The proposed project is consistent with the general purpose, goals, objectives, and standards of the 5t. Lucie County Comprehensive Plan and the 5t. Lucie County Land Development Code. 4. The proposed project will not have an undue adverse e character of the neighborhood, traffic conditions, pa matters affecting the public health, safety, and gene on adjacent property, the , utility facilities, or other are. 5.
