GM-06-001 File No.: MNSP-05-013 AN ORDER GRANTING A ONE-YEAR EXTENSION FOR THE PROJECT KNOWN AS OCEAN VIEW LUXURY CONDOMINIUMS WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Growth Management Director has reviewed the application for extension to the Minor Site Plan project known as Ocean View Luxury Condominiums, submitted by Knight, McGuire & Associates, Inc., reviewed the comments of the St. Lucie County Development Review Committee on this application and made the following determinations: 1. On July 2, 2003, the St. Lucie County Community Development Director through CD-03-019, granted site plan approval for the project known as Ocean View Luxury Condominiums, subject to certain conditions. 2. The developer of Ocean View Luxury Condominiums has requested that the effective period of the Minor Site Plan for this project be extended for a period of 12 additional months from its date of scheduled expiration, July 2, 2005. NOW, THERFORE, BE IT ORDERED: A. Pursuant to Section 11.02.06(B)(1 )of the St. Lucie County Land Development Code, the site plan for the project known as Ocean View Luxury Condominiums, approved through CD-03-019, is hereby extended for a period of 12 months from the date of original expiration, the new expiration date to be July 2, 2006. B. All terms and conditions of CD-03-019 shall remain in full force and effect. C. The property on which this site plan project is to be built is described as follows: THE NORTH 500 FEET OF THE SOUTH 1,300 FEET OF GOVERNMENT LOT 3 OF SECTION 14, TOWNSHIP 34 SOUTH, RANGE 40 EAST, LYING WEST OF THE WESTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY OF SR A-1-A, TOGETHER WITH ALL RIPARIANS RIGHTS AND LITTORAL RIGHTS APPUTENANT THERETO, LESS AND EXCEPT THEREFROM ALL RIGHTS-OF-WAY FOR PUBLIC ROADS. This Minor Site Plan extension shall expire on July 2, 2006, unless a building permit is obtained in accordance with Section 11.05.00 of the St. Lucie County Land Development Code. E. The Certificate of Capacity Number 1202, granted by the Community Development Director on July 2, 2003, shall remain valid for the period of this Minor Site Plan approval. F. A copy of this order shall be attached to the site plan drawings described in Section A, which plan shall be on file with the St. Lucie County Growth Management Director.
