RESOLUTION NO. 06-021
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget for
St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available
from Core Communities, Inc. in the form of a contribution in the amount of $21,375 for the St. Lucie County
Cultural Affairs Department David Hayes Exhibit.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners ofSt. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 17th day of January 2006, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes,
that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2005-2006, and the County's budget is hereby
amended as follows:
