Home My WebLink About06-095 RESOLUTION NO. 06-095 WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the budget for the S1. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption have become available through the Federal Emergency Management Agency and the Department of Community Affairs. WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the S1. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners to adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of S1. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this 14th day of March, 2006, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2005-2006, and the budget for the S1.
