On April 20, 2004, this Board, through Resolution 04-082, granted a Final Planned Unit Development approval for the project known as Palm Breezes Club - PUD, which is a 646 single-family conventionally constructed homes in two phases and one commercial parcel for property located on the north side of Orange Avenue, approximately 1,800 feet east of the Florida Turnpike. 2. On December 19, 2005, the Growth Management Department, granted a Minor Adjustment to a Final Planned Unit Development approval for the project known as Palm Breezes Club - PUD, this adjustment rendered the 646 single-family lots to 634 single- family lots. 3. The developer of Palm Breezes Club - PUD has requested that the Final Planned Unit Development granted through Resolution 04-082, be extended for a period of 12 additional months from its date of scheduled expiration, April 20, 2006. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida: A. Pursuant to Section 11.02.06(B)(3) of the St. Lucie County Land Development Code, the Final Planned Unit Development, approved through Resolution 04-082 is hereby extended for a period of 12 additional months from its date of scheduled expiration, April 20, 2006, with the new expiration date being April 20, 2007. B. All terms and conditions of Resolution 04-082, shall remain in full force and effect. C. The property on which this Final Planned Unit Development extension is being granted is described as follows: THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4; THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 LYING EAST OF EASTERLY RIGHT -OF-WAY OF FLORIDA SUNSHINE STATE PARKWAY AND THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4, EXCEPT THEREFROM THE FOLLOWING: FROM THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 RUN NORTH ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/442.50 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO THE NORTH RIGHT -OF-WAY LINE OF NORTH ST. The Certificate of Capacity granted by the Growth Management Director on April 20, 2006, shall remain valid for the period of this Planned Unit Development Site Plan approval.
