A RESOLUTION, AMENDING RESOLUTION
NUMBER 06-104 TO CORRECT SCRIVENER
ERROR
WHEREAS, the SI. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners has made the following determination:
1. On March 28, 2006, the SI. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution Number
06-104 to recognize unanticipated revenue in the amount of $150,814 that would be recognized in the
Fiscal Year 2005-2006 Budget from D.R. Horton, Inc. for the Creekside Development in reference to the
expansion of utility service.
2. Due to a scrivener error in the placement of funds, it is necessary to amend Resolution Number 06-
104.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the SI. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners:
1. Resolution Number 06-104 is hereby amended as follows:
