RESOLUTION NO. 06-130
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget
for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become
available through the Emergency Watershed Protection Program from the U.S. Department of Agriculture
in the amount of 187,000 for the Hidden River Estates Project being managed by the St. Lucie County
Public Works Department.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 25th day of April, 2006, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida
Statutes, that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2005-2006, and the County's budget
is hereby amended as follows:
