RESOLUTION NO. 06-116
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
05-175; WHICH FORMALIZED REVISED RATES
AND FEES FOR THE PORT ST. LUCIE
(RAVENSWOOD) SWIMMING POOL OWNED
AND OPERATED BY ST. LUCIE COUNTY; BY
INCLUDING RATES AND FEES FOR ALL
SWIMMING POOLS OWNED AND OPERATED
BY ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of SI. Lucie County, Florida, has
made the following determinations:
1. On May 10, 2005, this Board adopted Resolution No. 05-175 which
formalized revised rates and fees for the Port St. Lucie (Ravenswood) swimming
pool owned and operated by SI. Lucie County.
2. In order to include rates and fees for other pools in St. Lucie County, it
is necessary to amend Resolution No. 05-175.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
St. Lucie County, Florida:
1. This Board does hereby amend Resolution No. 05-175 to include rates
and fees for all swimming pools owned and operated by SI. Lucie County as
attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit "A".
2. The revised rates and fees as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto
and made a part hereof. shall take effect on Saturday, May 27,2006, at 7:00 a.m.
and shall remain in effect until changed by further resolution of the Board of
County1 Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida.
After motion and second the vote on this resolution was as follows:
