A RESOLUTION, AMENDING RESOLUTION
NUMBER 06-013 TO CORRECT SCRIVENER
ERROR
WHEREAS, the SI. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners has made the following determination:
1. On January 10, 2006, the SI. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution
Number 06-013 to accept funds of $175,000 from the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer
Services in the form of a grant to be used for reforestation of SI. Lucie County properties.
2, Due to a scrivener error in the appropriated fiscal year, it is necessary to amend Resolution Number
06-013.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of SI. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 23rd day of May, 2006, pursuant to Section 129,06 (d), Florida
Statutes, that:
1. Resolution Number 06-013 is hereby amended as follows:
Due to a scrivener's error, Resolution Number 06-013 shows the funds appropriated for fiscal year 2004-
2005. Resolution Number 06-xx6 hereby appropriates for fiscal year 2005-2006 funds of $175,000 from
the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services in the form of a reforestation grant.
2. After motion and second the vote on this resolution was as follows:
