RESOLUTION NO. 06-151
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget
for SI. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become
available from the SFWMDin the amount of $1 0,000.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt
a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of SI. Lucie
County, Florida, in meeting assembled this 23" day of May 2006, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida
Statutes, such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2005-2006, and the County's budget is
hereby amended as follows:
