RESOLUTION NO. 06-189
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the SI. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget
for SI. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become
available from the Florida Department of Transportation as a grant in the amount of $40,000 for
marketing the fixed route in SI. Lucie and Martin counties.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt
a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of SI. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 6th day of June, 2006, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida
Statutes, that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2005-2006, and the County's budget
is hereby amended as follows:
