RESOLUTION NO. 06-004
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the SI. Lucie County Erosion District's Budget, certain funds not
anticipated at the time of the budget have become available in the form of a donation from Pelican Seafood
through the Southern Kingfish Association National Championship Tournament in the amount of 6,421.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the SI. Lucie County Erosion District to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Erosion District of SI. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting
assembled this 13th day of June 2006, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, such funds are hereby
appropriated for the fiscal year 2005·2006, and the Erosion District's budget is hereby amended as follows:
