RESOLUTION NO. 06-140
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget
for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become
available ITom the Florida Department of Community Affairs in the form of a donation of a GMC C4500
Crew Cab Vehicle to be used as a tow vehicle to support the Emergency Deployable Interoperability
Communications System (EDICS) for the St. Lucie County Emergency Operations Center.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt
a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
County, Florida, in meeting assembled this 11th day of July 2006, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida
Statutes, that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2005-2006, and the County's budget is
hereby amended as follows:
