RESOLUTION NO. 06-250
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the SI. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget for
SI. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available
from the Florida Department of Transportation through a Joint Participation Agreement in the amount of
$480,000 and the SI. Lucie County Fire District for $120,000 to be used to purchase an Aircraft Rescue and
Firefighting (ARFF) Vehicle to support the ARFF Facility at the SI. Lucie County International Airport.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of SI. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 1 st day of August, 2006, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes,
that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2005-2006, and the County's budget is hereby
amended as follows:
