RESOLUTION NO. 06-249
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget
for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become
availabie from the Florida Department of Community Affairs in the amount of $14,741 in the form of a
Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) Grant.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 1st day of August, 2006, pursuant to Section 12906 (d), Florida
Statutes, that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2005-2006, and the County's budget
is hereby amended as follows:
