RESOLUTION NO. 06-004
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the 51. Lucie County Mosquito Control District Board budget,
certain funds not anticipated at the time of the budget have become available from the Florida Coastal
Management Program in the amount of $50,000 for the Lagoon Island Lagoon Access.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the SI. Lucie County Mosquito Control District
board to adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mosquito Control District Board of SI. Lucie County, Florida, in
meeting assembled this 15th day of August 2006, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, such funds
are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2005-2006, and the District's budget is hereby amended as follows:
