RESOLUTION NO. 06-247
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget
for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become
availabie in the form of a donation from the auction of two (2) horses.
WHEREAS, Section 129,06 (d), Fiorida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 8th day of August, 2006, pursuant to Section 129,06 (d), Fiorida
Statutes, that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2005-2006, and the County's budget
is hereby amended as follows:
