RESOLUTION NO. 06-263
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the SI. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget
for SI. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become
avaiiable in the form of a donation from United Homes.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Fiorida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resoiution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of SI. Lucie County,
Fiorida, in meeting assembied this 22nd day of August, 2006, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Fiorida
Statutes, that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscai year 2005-2006, and the County's budget
is hereby amended as follows:
