WITNESSETH, That the said Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of $10.00 in hand paid by
the said Grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises,
releases, conveys and confirms unto the Grantee forever, all that certain land, whether owned in fee or as
right-of-way by Grantor, situate, lying and being in the County of Sf. Lucie County, State of Florida, to-wit:
