RESOLUTION NO. 06-328
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget
for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become
available from the Florida Department of Law Enforcement Edward Byrne Memorial JAG Grant in the
amount of$36,718.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners ofSt. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 24th day of October 2006, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida
Statutes, such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2006-2007, and the County's budget is hereby
amended as follows:
