A RESOLUTION DEFINING A CLASS "A' MOBILE HOME AS A
SINGLE-FAMILY DETACHED DWELLING UNIT IN THE RM-5
(RESIDENTIAL, MULTIPLE FAMILY - 5 DU/ACRE) ZONING
DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, based on the
testimony and evidence, including, but not limited to the staff report, has made the following
determinations:
1. Arthur Schoen presented a petition to Define a 28-foot by 60-foot Class "A" Mobile
Home as a Detached Single-Family Dwelling Unit in the RM-5 (Residential, Multiple
Family - 5 du/acre) Zoning District for the property described below.
2. On October 3, 2006, this Board held a public hearing on the petition, after publishing a
notice of such hearing and notifying by mail all owners of property within 500 feet of the
subject property.
3. The Class "A" Mobile Home determination is consistent with all elements of the St.
Lucie County Comprehensive Plan and has satisfied the standards of review set forth in
Section 11.05.02(D) of the St. Lucie County Land Development Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
County, Florida:
A. The St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners has determined that the request of
Arthur Schoen to Define a 28-foot by 60-foot Class "A" Mobile Home as a Detached Single-Family
Dwelling Unit to be located the following described property:
LAKEWOOD PARK-UNIT 12A- BLOCK 167, LOT 11
(TAX ID#: 1301-615-0012-000/2)
(location: Southeast corner of the intersection of Eden Road and Deleon Avenue
in lakewood Park Subdivision)
is consistent with the requirements of Section 11.05.02(D) of the St. Lucie County Land
Development Code, and is hereby approved. The General Location Map and Area Subject to the
Class "A" Mobile Home Permit are attached as Exhibit "A".
