RESOLUTION NO. 06-322
WH)1:REi\.S, subsequent to the adoption of the S1. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget for
S1. Lµcie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available
from the Federal Highway Administration in the amount of$I,081,502.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners ofS1. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 28th day of November 2006, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida
Statutes, sµclJ funds are hereby appropriated for the tiseal year 2005-2006, and the County's budget is hereby
amended as follows:
