WHEREAS, Section 129,06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the SI. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners to adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds. NOW, THEREFORE, BElT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners ofSI. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled thi~ 26th day of November, 2006, pursuant to S"ctiqn 129.06 (d), Florida Statut"s, such funds are hereby appropriat"d for th" fiscal year 2005-2006, and the budget for the SI.
