RESOLUTION NO. 06-346
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget
for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become
availabie in the form of an amended interloeal agreement between St. Lucie County and the St. Lucie
County Fire District. Funds to be used for additional costs assoeiated with the eonstruction of the Airport
Rescue & Fire Fighting (ARFF) Facility at the St. Lucie County International Airport.
WHEREAS, Section] 29.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt
a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
County, Florida, in meeting assembled this 14th day of November 2006, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d),
Florida Statutes, that such t,!Ods are hereby appropriated for the I1scal year 2006-2007, and the County's
budget is hereby amended as follows:
