RESOLUTION NO. 06-338
A RESOLUTION VOIDING SOUTH COUNTY REGIONAL
STADIUM SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENTS #COO-OS-3l5;
#COO-l0-07l; #COO-12-l87; and #COO-12-188 FOR
ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
County, Florida, has made the following determinations:
1. During the construction of the South County Regional
Stadium, several sponsorship agreements were entered into in the
year 2000 to assist with the project cost.
2. Over the years some of the sponsors have not met their
payment obligation for various reasons including dissolution of a
partnership and lack of interest in participating as a sponsor.
3. This Board believes it is in the best interest of the
citizens of St. Lucie County to void the South County Regional
Sponsorship Agreements #COO-05-315; #COO-10-071; #COO-12-187; and
#COO-12-188.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of St. Lucie County. Florida, that this Board does
hereby void South County Regional Sponsorship Agreements #COO-05-
315; #COO-10-071; #COO-12-187; and #COO-12-188.
After motion and second the vote on this resolution was as
