RESOLUTION NO. 06-334
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the SI. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget
for SI. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become
available from the Florida Department of Transportation through a Joint Participation Agreement in the
amount of $1,275 as funding to update the Airport Layout Plan for the SI. Lucie County International
Airport.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes. requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt
a resolution to appropriate and expend such t\mds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by thc Board of County Commissioners of SI. Lucie
County, Florida, in meeting assembled this 14th day of November 2006, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d),
Florida Statutes, such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2006-2007, and the County's
budgct is hereby amended as follows:
