LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, based on the testimony and evidence including, but not limited to the staff report, has made the following determinations: 1, Smigiel Partners IX, Ltd. presented a petition for a change in zoning from the RS-3 (Residential, Singie Family- 3 du/acre and the IL (Industriai, Light) Zoning Districts to the CG (Commercial, General) Zoning Districtlorthe property described in Part A and depicted on the attached map in Exhibit "A" below, 2. On August 17, 2006, the St. Lucie County Planning and Zoning Commission heid a public hearing on the petition, after publishing notice at least 10 days prior to the hearing and notifying by mail all owners of property within 500 feet of the subject property, and recommended that the Board of County Commissioners approve the hereafter described request for a change in zoning from the RS-3 (Residential, Single Family - 3 du/acre and the IL (Industrial, Light) ning Districts to the CG (Commercial, General) Zoning District for the property ribed in Part A below. 3.
