RESOLUTION NO. 06-352
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget for St.
Lucie County, staff revised certain revenue estimates and determined the need to establish transfers between funds.
WHEREAS, it is accepted financial practice to amend the adopted budget to where necessary, revise revenue
estimates or establish transfers and,
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners ofSt. Lucie County, Florida,
in meeting assembled this 2Sth day of November, 2006, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, that the
County's budget is hereby amended as reflected in attachment "A", which is incorporated as part of this resolution.
After motion and second the vote on this resolution was as follows:
