RESOLUTION NO. 05-055
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the budget for the SI. Lucie County Erosion District's Budget,
certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption have become available from the Florida Department of
Environmental Protection providing funding in the amount of $330,500, which is an increase of $22,100 than
the previous grant award,
WHEREAS, Section 129,06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the SI. Lucie County Erosion District to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Erosion District of SI. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting
assembled this 11th day of October, 2005, pursuant to Section 12906 (d), Florida Statutes, such funds are
hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2005-2006, and the Erosion District's budget is hereby amended as
follows:
