RESOLUTION NO. 06-383
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption ofthe SI. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget for
SI. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available
from the Florida Department of Transportation through a Joint Participation Agreement in the amount of
$6,621 to install security fencing at the SI. Lucie County International Airport,
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners ofSI. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 19th day of December 2006, pursuant to Section 129,06 (d), Florida
Statutes, such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2006-2007, and the County's budget is hereby
amended as follows:
