RESOLUTION NO. 07-021
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget for
St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available
from the Florida Department of Community Affairs to construct a County Emergency Operations Center
(EOC).
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners ofSt. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 9th day of January 2007, pursuant to Section 129 .06 (d), Florida Statutes,
such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2006-2007, and the County's budget is hereby amended
as follows:
