RESOLUTION NO. 07-006
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the SI. Lucie County Erosion District's Budget, certain funds not
anticipated at the time of the budget have become available from the Florida Department of Environmentai
Protection for the Fort Pierce Shore Protection Project, Second Amendment to Grant Agreement in the
amount of $906,000.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the SI. Lucie County Erosion District to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Erosion District of SI. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting
assembied this 27th day of February 2007, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, such funds are
hereby appro¡;¡riated for the fiscal year 2006-2007, and the Erosion District's budget is hereby amended as
follows:
