RESOLUTION NO. 07-060
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the SI. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget
for SI. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become
available in the form of a JPA between SI. Lucie County and South Florida Management District using
funding from Florida Inland Navigation District (FIND) for the Taylor Creek/C25 Dredging and Restoration
Project to fund engineering design and assessment services in the amount of $267,000.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of SI. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 6th day of February, 2007, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Fiorida
Statutes, that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2006-2007, and the County's budget
is hereby amended as follows:
