RESOLUTION NO. 07-091
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATIONS SUPPLEMENTAL JOINT PARTICIPATION
AGREEMENT NUMBER 1 (# 41508619401) FOR CHANGES TO THE
PROJECT DESCRIPTION FOR THE PORT OF FORT PIERCE AND
AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRPERSON TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT
AND FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY ATTORNEY TO
EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT BY APPROVING IT AS TO FORM AND
CORRECTNESS
WHEREAS. the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County. Florido. has made the
following determinations:
1. The Florida Department of Transportation has agreed to changes in the project
description for Joint Participotion Agreement (#41508619401) for Port of Fort Pierce.
2. The Boord should authorize and approve execution of Supplemental Joint
Participation Agreement Number 1 with the Florida Department of Transportation for the obove-
referenced project.
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
County. Florida:
1. The Board hereby accepts and approves Supplemental Joint Participation Agreement
Number 1 with the Florida Department of Transportation (#41508619401) for changes to the
project description for the Port of Fort Pierce.
2. The Board hereby authorizes and Chairperson to execute the above-referenced
ogreement and further authorizes the County Attorney to execute the agreement by approving it
as to form and correctness.
After motion and second, the vote on Resolution 07-091 was as follows:
