RESOLUTION NO. 07-120
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption 01 the SI. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget
lor SI. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time 01 adoption 01 the budget have become
available Irom the South Florida Water Management District in the form of a grant in the amount 01
$200,000 lor construction of a Water-Control Structure and Stormwater Conveyance System.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board 01 County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board 01 County Commissioners of SI. Lucie County,
Fiorida, in meeting assembled this 17th day of April, 2007, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida
Statutes, that such funds are hereby appropriated for the liscal year 2006-2007, and the County's budget
is hereby amended as follows:
